Are you interested in learning about how to read historical architectural plans?

Begin the conversation by joining Collections Manager, Dr Julie Collins, in a hands-on workshop at the Architecture Museum presented as part of the South Australian History Festival, taking place over the month of May.

Following an introduction to the Architecture Museum and its treasures, participants will examine sets of original architectural drawings, including residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Participants will work in groups to discover ways of reading a drawing, looking for social and cultural history as well as architectural types and styles.

Please note that registration is essential as places are strictly limited. To book your place contact Julie Collins on 08 8302 9235 or send an email to architecturemuseum@unisa.edu.au. $5.00 charge per person applies.
